remember i wanted to keep it to a budget for RMB4K, but realise that's highly unlikely for this area. there were the lower range ones - but! the furnishings were lousy... n last night i saw one at RMB4,5K, 1-room but only abt 70m2. BUT - its on level 5 & need to climb staircase one lor... 15min walk from bus pick up point :( i can't imagine tat u have to lug luggage up my apartment! so no go......
so this is going at RMB4.6k, previous tenant is SG gal too :) the house is realie neat & comfortable.
n realie, when the agent pressed '25' i was like ...... 'ooooooooooooooooooooo..... got chance'
and when it open the door, tadaaaaa !!
Though a one-room apartment, the living + dining room is HUGE ! total is 89m2 (bigger than shan's ! ha, she also say its a great catch!) check out the sofa... HUGE RIGHT ! i dun mind sleeping in living room lor .. there's balcony for hanging the clothes as well..warm lighting, realie cool and many many shelvings
then the kitchen, quite spacious ! fully furnished, fridge + microwave etc... OVEN TOO ! i gona start some cooking ...
here's the view from Level 25 - its getting grey, cos its winter. i like it - cos i can see 'far far away'
i needa sign the contract soon, hopefully on tuesday + pay 3mths rent first (ouch!) then gona do some shopping @ IKEA. hope to start filling in from friday ...
i like the idea of owning a place - and start to personalise it with all sorts! oh man, how nice! reminds me of good old hostel days wor ...

oh yeah so its 5 min walk to my bus pick-up point & 5 min walk to MTR station (which is 2 stops away from shan)
think i gona get bicycle tooo !!
